Connecticut Man Arraigned In Fatal I-95 Crash

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. A Norwalk, Conn., man was arraigned Wednesday in county court on multiple felony charges in connection with a late-night car crash in Rye that killed one and injured two others. Jose Ramirez, 25, was accused of driving drunk at about 90 miles per hour in a 55-mile-per-hour zone at 2:25 a.m. Feb. 28. His blood alcohol content was .13.
