A man who Stamford Police say was carrying a samurai sword as he walked on the ball field of Springdale Elmentary School is facing several charges including possession of a dangerous weapon. William Kemsley, 44, of Norwalk, was arrested after police found him on the grounds of the school at 1127 Hope St., about 9 a.m. Thursday, with the sword and a folding knife, according to The Advocate.
