By ROBERT KOCH Hour Staff Writer NORWALK -- The owner of Casey's Sheet Metal, Inc., has sold her property at 4 Merwin St. to the developers of Waypointe for incorporation into the West Avenue redevelopment project. "We reached an agreement. We're very happy and things couldn't have turned out better," Nancy Esposito said. The agreement "was just mutual and it is really tough to be in construction site. There's a lot of dust, noise and construction equipment. The time was right (to sell)." Neither Esposito nor Paxton B. Kinol, partner with Belpointe Capital, LLC, part of the Waypointe development team, would disclose the sale price of the property, nor the deadline for her to vacate. The paperwork on the sale price was not availble on Wednesday from the city.
