Norwalk Community Health Center expands reach with 'miracle bus'

At the unveiling of Norwalk Community Health Center's new Health on Wheels, or "HOW" bus, Thursday morning, CEO Lawrence Cross had a more endearing name for it, "the miracle bus." Those in attendance at NCHC on Connecticut Avenue, including Norwalk Mayor Richard Moccia and U.S. Sen.
