Use of funds, grading under review at Briggs

Emotions ran high at Tuesday night's Board of Education meeting as some Norwalk parents lashed out at the school district and Superintendent of Schools Susan Marks for alleged incidents at Richard C. Briggs High School involving a misuse of grant funds.
