Norwalk Cops: Woman Charged In Theft Of $8,700 In Items

NORWALK, Conn. A 19-year-old woman was arrested by Norwalk police Wednesday in the theft of $8,700 worth of mostly consumer electronic items in a November burglary at a home on Allen Road.
