Norwalk Police Lt. Susan Zecca Promoted To Deputy Chief

NORWALK, Conn. Police Lt. Susan Zecca, a member of the force since 1988, has been promoted to deputy chief of the Norwalk Police Department by the Board of Police Commissioners, the second woman to hold the title.
