City Carting trailer rolls over on East Avenue

The Norwalk Fire Department responded to a tractor trailer rollover at the I-95 northbound entrance ramp from East Avenue this morning at 4:45 a.m. The City Carting trailer was full of trash and spilled its load on the southern side of the ramps merging lane.
