Heavy Rains Predicted For Norwalk; Flash Flood Watch In Place

The heat wave finally broke, but heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected to hit Fairfield County this afternoon, putting the area under a Flash Flood Watch from noon Thursday through 6 p.m. Friday, the National Weather Service said.
