Norwalk Police: Bridgeport Man Impersonates Another To Escape Ticket

NORWALK, Conn. A 22-year-old Bridgeport man was arrested Wednesday after impersonating the nephew of his girlfriend in an effort to avoid a traffic ticket, Norwalk police said.
