Thomas Patrick Spinola, 58, Of Norwalk, Owned Partners Cafe

Spinola was born Oct. 14, 1954, in Norwalk, son of Sylvio and Alice Spinola. He started his career as a paperboy at the age of 12 and then worked as an auto mechanic and builder before opening Partners Caf.
