Norwalk's Stroffolino Bridge Temporarily Stuck Open Wednesday

NORWALK, Conn. The Stroffolino Bridge in Norwalk was closed to car traffic for more than a half-hour Wednesday afternoon after it became stuck in the up position, police said.
