2 AM Melee Involves 20 Outside El Mexicano Bar on Wall Street

Two men were arrested after they wouldn't stop fighting when police broke up a melee involving about 20 men at closing time Sunday morning outside the El Mexicano Bar on Wall Street, Norwalk police said.
