Norwalk Police: Man Threw Items Into Traffic, Yelled Racial Slurs

NORWALK, Conn. A Waterbury man was arrested after he was seen throwing items into traffic and shouting racial slurs on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk on Thursday, according to police reports.
