Jonatan Ortiz, 26, of Norwalk, was charged with DUI, operating a vehicle under suspension, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device and failure to drive in the proper lane on September 14 at approximately 2:30 a.m. after police observed him driving erratically on Wilton Road in Westport.
