Norwalk Police: Pair With Baby Use Stroller On Shoplifting Spree

NORWALK, Conn. Two suspects were accused of trying to steal more than $3,600 worth of clothing from a Norwalk store with a 2-year-old child in tow Monday, according to police reports.
