The deadline looms for Fairfield County residents to register to vote in the municipal elections set for Tuesday, Nov. 5. Voting for mayor and common council members is important, but the candidates on the reverse side of the ballot can have an equally great impact on our lives as Norwalk residents and taxpayers.
