Scribner Avenue Ramp To I-95 In Norwalk Closed For Repaving Monday

The Scribner Avenue on-ramp to I-95 northbound in Norwalk will be closed to traffic on Monday, Nov. 25, due to planned repaving work, the Connecticut Department of Transportation announced.
