Two Arrests for Norwalk Man, 30, Start with Fight at Sails Restaurant

Kyle Armstrong, 30, of 100 Richards Ave in Norwalk was arrested on Dec. 28 at about 7:00p.m. with Breach of Peace and Assault after an incident with his boss at a restaurant on Rowayton Ave, Sails American Grill.
