A menagerie, a concerto and an overture come together in Norwalk

Madison Howard, winner of the second annual Norwalk Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition, will perform at that group's Family Concert set for Sunday, March 9, 2014, at 3 p.m. at the Norwalk Concert Hall, 125 East Ave, Norwalk, Conn.
