U.S. Route 136 between Water Street and Seaview Avenue in Norwalk will have right lane closures Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m, according to The Connecticut Department of Transportation These closures are the result of an ongoing bridge safety and evaluation project .
