Artists with a maritime flair are invited to consider entering the 13th annual Festival of Lighthouses contest at the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk. The lighthouse exhibit/contest runs Nov. 22 through Jan. 19. Visitors cast ballots for their favorite, and the artist whose lighthouse collects the most votes is awarded the $1,500 top prize.
