Water Main Break Floods Roads In South Norwalk

A water main break spillted rivers of water onto the streets in South Norwalk on Wednesday afternoon, delaying traffic and dirtying the supply to homes in the area. The water main break occurred in the area of Water Street and Quintard Avenue, spilling brown water from both sides of the intersection.
