Though spirited, Chris Webby's 'Chemically Imbalanced' comes off unbalanced

Heavily scheduled with more hip hop album releases than normal, the last week of October 2014 sees Norwalk, Connecticut rapper Chris Webby release his much anticipated studio debut, Chemically Imbalanced , which comes following two EPs and eight mixtapes from the aspiring Northeastern rhymer. In relation to that week's competition alone however, he may get left behind by the pack.
