Four Men Breaking Into Car Charged With Trespassing In Norwalk, Police Say

Norwalk police arrested four men on trespassing charges after residents of a Commerce Street apartment complex reported seeing them trying to break into a car. Emmanuel Thiersaint, 35, of Stamford; Dennis Tolliver, 36, of Stamford; Everett Goethe, 32, of Bridgeport; and Clerde Pierre, 36, of Stamford, were each charged with second-degree criminal trespassing.
