Norwalk Man Charged With Drunken Driving After Hitting Police Car

A Norwalk man was charged with driving under the influence after police said he hit a police cruiser conducting a DUI checkpoint on Thanksgiving. Matthew Dicesare, 27, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.
