Stamford shooting suspects flee, captured in Norwalk

Stamford police say the suspects fled the shooting on I-95 northbound and that the victim followed them. According to Stamford police, the suspects fired several shots at the victim's car on I-95 near exit 16. They then got off the highway in Norwalk and were spotted by police, Norwalk police say.
