Mayor's Ball To Benefit Person-To-Person, Norwalk Senior Center

Norwalk Mayor Harry W. Rilling announced that Person-to-Person and the Norwalk Senior Center will receive proceeds from the 2015 Mayor's Ball. Person-to Person is a nonprofit emergency assistance organization that serves as a safety net for low-income residents.
