Norwalk suspends using brine on roads

The city says it will suspend using brine to pre-treat roads after several accidents. Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling says the city will stop pre-treating roads for winter with a brine solution until officials can determine the liquid does not make the roads hazardous.
