Patricia M. Smith, 74, died surrounded by her family, Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015, at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport, after a brief illness. Born in Norwalk, Conn., May 2, 1940, she was the daughter of Edward P. and Alice Frimpter Smith.
