4-vehicle accident snarls I-95 traffic in Norwalk, sends 2 to hospital

Norwalk fire officials say a box truck entering the highway overturned after colliding with a tractor-trailer around 11 a.m. They say the box truck then spun, hitting an SUV, and slid into a DOT truck performing maintenance near exit 15. The two men in the box truck were taken to Norwalk Hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening. Their identities have not been released.
