Do You Know These Happy Suspects? Norwalk Cops Would Like to Talk with Them

The Norwalk Department of Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with identifying two theft suspects. On Feb. 7, 2015, an elderly victim had her wallet stolen out of her purse at Walmart on Connecticut Avenue.
