Norwalk Officers Honored For Stopping Armed Robber

NORWALK, Conn. Norwalk Police Sgt. Garrett Kruger and Officer Kelly Haddy were honored this week by the Police Commission as the February Officers of the Month for their work in catching an armed robber.
