The Norwalk Fire Department and the American Red Cross will partner to install free smoke detectors on Saturday, April 11th throughout selected streets in Norwalk. It's part of the Home Fire Preparedness Campaign to reduce the number of deaths and injuries caused by home fires by 25 percent in five years.
