The entrance ramp from West Avenue to Route 7 northbound and I-95 southbound in Norwalk is closed during Wednesday's morning rush hour after a pedestrian was struck, police said. Norwalk officers are investigating a motor vehicle accident with an evading driver involving a pedestrian who was hit, according to police.
