NORWALK By STEVE KOBAK Hour Staff Writer Eight members of the Norwalk Police department who helped capture a double-homicide suspect shared Officer of the Month honors and four of those officers were awarded the Police Service Cross at Monday night's Police Commission meeting. Sgt. Drew Sedlock and Detectives Lou Giannattasio, Rafael Fonseca, James O'Leary, Eileen Northcott and David Orr as well as Officer Frank Reda and his police service K-9 "Czar" were given the Officer of the Month award.
