Norwalk Mayor Richard Moccia declared last Saturday the Kevin M. Eidt Memorial Scholarship Fund day, the same day the Kevin M. Eidt Memorial Scholarship Fund, , held its 11th annual benefit dinner dance at The Shore and Country Club in Norwalk.
