Norwalk snow emergency lifted

Norwalk Mayor Richard Moccia ended Monday the snow emergency in Norwalk that was declared Friday, February 7. The Snow Emergency required residents to remove vehicles from all snow emergency routes in order to facilitate snow plowing and access to those roadways by emergency vehcilces.
