Update 9:10 a.m.: Westbound service is delayed "up to 15 minutes" on New Haven Line trains stations as a result of the pedestrian death on the tracks, according to Metro-North . Eastbound service is now being provided by substituting buses to bring commuters to trains in Norwalk, said Aaron Donovan, an MTA spokesman.
