Randall Brown, 21, of Norwalk was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive right at a curve following a motor vehicle stop on Danbury Road by Old Mill Road on March 2 at 1:47 a.m. According to police , officers observed Brown heading north on Danbury Road, weaving within his lane and crossing over the centerline.
