Hotel Zero Degrees Norwalk opens with cutting of red ribbon

Norwalk Mayor Richard Moccia, had the honor of cutting the red ribbon Monday, April 8th in the Celsius Lounge at Hotel Zero Degrees Norwalk , a new boutique hotel developed by Stamford based RMS Companies and located at 353 Main Avenue in Norwalk, just south of Exit 40A.
