Hourlong Power Outage Strikes South Norwalk Tuesday Afternoon

NORWALK, Conn. A large swath of South Norwalk was hit with a temporary power outage Tuesday that lasted for nearly an hour from about 1 to 2 p.m. Norwalk police officers were seen directing traffic at intersections along West Avenue, Washington Street and other streets after signal lights went dark.
