Husband and Wife Heroin Selling Team Busted

Todd Seligson son of developer Stanley Seligson arrested Updated: 12:19 pm, Thu May 16, 2013 By STEVE KOBAK Hour Staff Writer NORWALK - The conclusion of a lengthy investigation conducted by The Special Services Unit of the Norwalk Police Department resulted in the arrest of three people, including a husband and wife heroin selling team, and the confiscation of numerous bags of heroin and a firearm Wednesday afternoon, police said. Victor Pinto, 36, and Samantha Pinto, 32, both of whom reside at 14 Windmere Lane, face a long list of narcotics sales charges. Victor Pinto is also charged with criminal possession of a firearm as well as charges related to leading police on a chase. Victor Pinto is being held on $400,000 bond, and Samantha is being held on $150,000 bond. The Pintos will be arraigned Thursday at Norwalk Superior Court. While the Pintos were in custody, Todd Seligson, the son of developer Stanley Seligson, texted Victor Pinto in an attempt to purchase a "bundle," or 10 bags of heroin, police said. Seligson, 32, of Westport, was arrested on charges of criminal attempt to possess narcotics and criminal attempt to possess narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school. He posted $50,000 bond and will appear in court on May 23
