Cops: Man Stole Package From Apartment Building Lobby

NORWALK, Conn. A 38-year-old Bridgeport man was arrested on misdemeanor burglary and larceny charges Monday after he was accused of stealing a package from the lobby of the Corset Factory apartment building on Ann Street, police said.
