Peter Ferraro Jr., 24 of Norwalk -- in what police say is a recent photo -- is sought on kidnapping and robbery warrants by Westport police in connection with stealing the wallet and debit card PINS from a man who paid Ferraro for a ride home from the East Norwalk railroad station last Wednesday.
