JIB Productions has announced selections for Short Cuts, a short film series taking place at Garden Cinemas in Norwalk on Thursdays October 17 and Nov. 7. The films, which are international in flavor, will air at 7:30 p.m. with dessert and coffee served at 7 p.m. Popcorn is also included with the $25 admission.
