Man facing reckless driving charge on Charles Street

Marc Coppola of Grumman Avenue in Norwalk was arrested Oct. 7 following a motor vehicle stop after a police officer said he saw someone trying to leave the rear of Coppola's vehicle as it sped off and made a right turn onto Charles Street.
