Police: Her 40 Phone Calls in 20 Minutes Was Harrassment

Theresa Mullins, 30, of Bridgeport, was angry with a woman from Bridgeport who worked at a business on Van Zant Street, and so on Monday Mullins called the workplace over and over, Norwalk police said.
