Newly elected Westport First Selectman Jim Marpe made his official debut at lighting an outdoor menorah tonight at a Hanukkah celebration at Chabad of Westport, Weston, Wilton, and Norwalk at the former Three Bears restaurant on Newtown Turnpike.
