Norwalk man faces numerous charges

Moises O. Morales , 37, of 24 Strawberry Hill, Norwalk, was arrested Dec. 5 on charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive a reasonable distance, operating under a suspended license, using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia after an accident on Leroy Avenue.
